Terms of Service & Custody Policy

1. Scope of Service

Luggage Storage 193 operates temporary baggage custody facilities located in Naples at Via dei Tribunali, 193 and Via Duomo, 88. By submitting a reservation draft or handing over items for custody, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Online Reservation Drafts & Payments

Creating an online reservation draft records your booking intent. In this phase, no payment is processed online and storage space is not confirmed by the draft. The applicable storage fee is confirmed and settled in-store.

3. Sizing Tiers & Tariff Structure

Storage fees are categorized into five dimension tiers for the first 5 hours:

• Small (≤30 cm): €5
• Medium (≤50 cm): €8
• Large (≤60 cm): €10
• Extra Large (≤70 cm): €12
• Maxi XXL (≤80 cm): €15

A €1 supplement applies after the first 5 hours. Multi-day long-term custody rates are agreed upon prior request.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers must not deposit flammable, explosive, toxic, perishable, illegal, or hazardous materials, nor live animals, cash, or unverified high-value jewelry. Staff reserves the right to decline items deemed hazardous or unsuitable.

5. Collection & Custody Receipts

Items will only be returned to the individual presenting the corresponding booking reference code and matching identity document. Uncollected items beyond the agreed collection window are subject to additional custody fees.
